We met Paul from Bad Rule Games in the board game convention of Ducosim on a cloudy day, like every other Dutch day! He was very excited to meet us, as their Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign was coming up very soon and was actively looking for a video trailer expert.

Because of the amount of tasks Bad Rule Games had to perform for their up and coming campaign, they asked us to take more responsibilities in the creation of the video trailer, like the concept and direction, but also extra content, such as photoshooting, additional video edit variations that could be used as promotional material and even the planning of their social media content. So, we read Pompeii's rulebook, played the game and found its strong points, features and mechanisms and put down the script and storyboard. The recorded voice over and setting of the video, bring up the cozy vibe of the family friendly game, by presenting a thematic intro, the basic mechanisms, but also the twists that make the game special.
